Use of the App
123RPS is provided for entertainment and gameplay purposes. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.
Usernames and Conduct
- You are responsible for any username or public content you choose to use.
- You agree not to use abusive, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames.
- We may restrict or remove access for misuse or violations.
Leaderboard and Gameplay Data
Gameplay records, including wins, losses, draws, and usernames, may be displayed as part of public leaderboard features.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the app at any time, with or without notice.
No Warranty
123RPS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
